SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 2:30pm AEST and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.

If your order includes a Print on Demand item, it can take up to 7-14 business days to be dispatched. You will receive a shipping email with tracking link once it has left the warehouse, please do not select Express Shipping they will all be sent standard shipping via Aus Post. 

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email from our YKTR Team. If we cannot fulfil an item/s in your order two attempts will be made to contact you, if no response is given your item/order will be refunded so we can dispatch the remaining items out to you. 

In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time.

  * Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones  these times do not include order processing time.

* Shipping times will vary dependant on your delivery location, it takes less time to delivery to Metro than to rural addresses, please make sure you factor these added times in when placing your order.

* Express orders placed weekdays before 2pm AEST will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day. *Delivery time will then be based on Australia Post or the Courier Company.

* Shipping times around the World are taking an extra 2-4 weeks to arrive. Make sure your country is accepting parcels before completing an order. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country. 

TAXES & DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

New Zealand - NZ $1000.00
United Kingdom - £130.00
United States of America - free due to AUFTA
Europe - from €45 however could be from €1 with tax tax calculated at - Amount of the tax = VAT + customs duties + fees

The above values are current examples but could change at any time, please do you own research before you make an order. If you find your order is over the dollar value think about making two orders. 

RETURNS

You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 15 days of the purchase date.

Spring Clean Sale items CANNOT be sent back for refund or exchange, all purchases are final:

Make sure you include a copy of you order confirmation email and include any relevant information in regard to the reason for the return along with how you would like YKTR to process your return.

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return. This may take up to 7-15 working days. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

NOTE: Please ensure there is no fluff/pet hair/cologne on all items sent back, they will not be accepted. If you have any pets please ensure you lint roll your clothing. 

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to YKTR. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound.

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles purchased are considered as sale items. 

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned.

All Gift Card/s purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged for for cash.

EXCHANGES

Only FULL PRICED items can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase date.

If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please include your order confirmation and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange. Item must be of same value or less.

This may take up to 7-15 working days. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

In the event that the requested item is not available, our YKTR Team will have the amount of the item given back to you in Store Credit. You will receive an email with your Store Credit Code.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be exchanged.

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact the YKTR Team via info@yktr.com.au. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

If an item is damaged through misuse, abnormal use or incorrect washing practices, YKTR will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. We will require satisfactory proof before providing a remedy under the Australia Consumer Law.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange instead, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift.

Bundle Deals Terms and Conditions 

Each bundle deal applies to selected styles only.

Bundle promotions and deals last for a given period and are subject to change without notice.

In order for the discount to apply, you must add the required number of the selected styles. The discount will automatically be applied to your cart.

Our bundle deals are unable to be used in conjunct with any other promotion or discount code.

A partial return from a bundle deal for a Refund or Credit will remove the original discount and the full price of the kept item(s) will be applied, with the final refund amount adjusted to match that.

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

When purchasing via Afterpay, you may send your item back to our YKTR Team within 15 days of your original purchase for exchange of size.

All exchanges will be processed within ten (10) business days of receiving your parcel. Please note YKTR is not able to refund sale items, or items purchased with a discount code.

When using Afterpay, you have the options to return one or all of your items for an exchange.

Due to hygiene reasons underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

It's important to keep up your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit back to us as Afterpay charge late fees for any overdue payments!

If your AfterPay contract is cancelled or amended you will be charged a $10 fee.
